Lucero Celeste Ramírez Izaguirre

Lucero Celeste Ramírez Izaguirre (Callao, 1992), lawyer specialized in Litigation and Arbitration. She specializes in Civil Property Law and Insurance Law. She is a fellow of the VII International Program of the United Nations. Correspondent in the International Litigation and Arbitration Program in Latin America - Mexico. Currently studying a specialization in Insurance Law at the University of Salamanca, Spain. Author of the book “Nullity of the Insurance Contract” and of several articles specialized in the area of Civil Property Law.
