We represented a company with an important land extension near the Jorge Chávez International Airport in an action for the protection of constitutional rights to protect its property rights, which had been violated because it had not been included as an affected party in an expropriation arbitration. With the referred protection proceeding, we reversed the impairment of the aforementioned property right in accordance with the Constitutional Court's jurisprudence related to due process and property.
