Construction and Infrastructure
We represented a well-known company in the construction sector in its defense against the State so that the latter complies with the contractual clauses in order for our client to properly carry out and develop an important real estate project involving the construction of housing, a shopping mall and artificial lagoons in an area of approximately 100 hectares.
We represented a company performing design and supervision of works in various infrastructure areas in arbitration proceedings in which it seeks to challenge the decision of our client's counterparty on a contract worth more than S/. 30 million.
We represented a company with an important land extension near the Jorge Chávez International Airport in an action for the protection of constitutional rights to protect its property rights, which had been violated because it had not been included as an affected party in an expropriation arbitration. With the referred protection proceeding, we reversed the impairment of the aforementioned property right in accordance with the Constitutional Court's jurisprudence related to due process and property.
