Jaime Heredia Tamayo
Jaime Heredia Tamayo (Lima, 1972), has been a partner of Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados since 2018. He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad San Martín de Porres (USMP). He studied a master's degree in procedural law at the USMP. He has been a professor of civil procedural law and civil cognition processes at said university. He holds a diploma in arbitration from Austral University. He is an arbitrator of the roster of the Arbitration Center of AmCham Peru. He specializes in Civil Procedural Law, Constitutional Procedural Law, Contentious-Administrative and Arbitration Proceedings. Jaime Heredia Tamayo is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in handling judicial and arbitration cases, as well as complex administrative litigation. He mainly handles cases related to regulatory, tax and sanctioning matters, as well as large-scale civil, business and infrastructure disputes. He also has practical experience in antitrust matters.
