International Relations
Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados is a member of the first international litigation and arbitration correspondent program in Latin America.
Through this work program, our firm seeks to: (i) provide a better and more complete service to our international clients with interests in the region, as well as to our national clients who have a commercial presence in Chile, Peru, Colombia and/or Mexico; (ii) increase our capacities and competences in international litigation and arbitration; and, (iii) access doctrine, jurisprudence and, in general, sources of legal information applicable in the different jurisdictions of the Pacific Alliance where the firms that are part of this program are located.
Likewise, due to the different assignments received during the more than 20 years of professional practice, our firm has worked with various law firms and experts from abroad, in the framework of transnational litigation and international arbitration, in which we have acted as co-counsels or as expert advisors in Peruvian law. The links we have generated with various colleagues abroad as a result of the cases we defend have not only been maintained, but have been strengthened.
