We worked on the defense of a manufacturer of plastic containers and holder of a three-dimensional product trademark, which allegedly infringed the registered rights of another company. In this case, we were able to successfully defend our client's interests by proving that there was no confusion in the market. This prevented the imposition of a fine of approximately S/ 630,000.
