Jorge Antonio Guzmán Salas
Jorge Antonio Guzmán Salas (Lima, 1971) is an Attorney at Law from the University of San Martín de Porres, specializing in Civil, Commercial, Constitutional, Administrative, and Contentious-Administrative Law. He has extensive experience providing legal counsel in civil, corporate, and banking matters, and representing clients in judicial proceedings in Civil, Commercial, and Constitutional Law, as well as in administrative procedures before Indecopi, the Superintendence of Banking and Insurance, and other public institutions.
He has led the drafting of legal reports and negotiations in high-impact cases for BBVA Bank, directly commissioned by the Legal Management Office, achieving significant outcomes in favor of the financial institution he represented.
