Jéssica León Manzaneda

Jéssica León Manzaneda, (Lima, 1979). She has a degree in Administration and Management, with specialization in Finance, Organizational Development and Strategic Management of the Human Factor. Her professional practice includes the restructuring and management of administrative, accounting and financial processes, as well as consulting in the improvement and automation of organizational processes, budgets, costs and audits. In the academic field, Jessica has a Master's Degree in Strategic Management of the Human Factor (UPC-Peru), a Master's Degree with mention in Consulting for Organizational Development (EOI-Spain) complemented with a specialization in Internal Communication and Endomarketing (Pacífico Business School). Volunteer trainer of young entrepreneurs ("Lima Joven-Mun Lima Program") and involved in social work, continuous training and social reinsertion of young teenagers.
