Diana Monzón Burga (Lima, 1987) holds a degree in Organizational Psychology and a specialization in human talent management, retention, and succession planning. She is a Human Resources professional with more than fifteen years of experience leading initiatives in talent management, organizational culture, leadership, and cultural transformation, primarily in multinational companies in the insurance and financial services sectors.

Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented strategies focused on talent development, building high-performance organizational cultures, and strengthening leadership at different levels of organizations.
