Viktor Dave Pérez Vargas

Viktor Dave Pérez Vargas (Lima, 1984) is a senior Human Resources executive specializing in talent strategy, organizational culture, leadership development, organizational transformation, employee experience, people analytics, and artificial intelligence applied to human capital management. He brings extensive experience across multinational organizations in the legal, healthcare, pharmaceutical, banking, consulting, and consumer goods sectors, leading regional initiatives within multicultural environments across Latin America, the United States, Europe, and Asia.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), Peru, and an MBA from EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey, with a specialization in Innovation and Value Creation from Yale University School of Management, USA.
