Diego Velarde Bartra

Diego Alonso Velarde Bartra is an attorney graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. His practice focuses on advising clients and resolving labor disputes in judicial and administrative proceedings, including the design and implementation of legal strategies for handling complex and highly sensitive matters.

He also provides comprehensive advice on labor and employment matters, including employee separation processes, labor inspections, assessment of labor contingencies, drafting and review of employment agreements, as well as the design and implementation of internal policies and management documents related to labor and employment matters. His approach combines legal analysis with a preventive perspective aimed at effectively managing risks and ensuring organizations' compliance with labor and employment obligations.
