María José Delgado Seclen
María José Alexa Delgado Seclén (Lima, 2002) is a lawyer specialising in Litigation and Arbitration. Her professional experience includes advocacy and dispute management in civil, constitutional, commercial, and administrative contentious matters, as well as advisory work in regulatory issues and administrative sanctioning procedures.
She is currently undertaking the Second Specialisation Programme in Procedural Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Lima, Peru in order to strengthen her training in litigation, procedural strategy, and judicial protection mechanisms, with a strong focus on analysing and managing complex proceedings.
Her professional practice focuses on the analysis and strategic management of disputes, the drafting of complex submissions, and the design of legal solutions aimed at risk mitigation and the effective defence of interests.
