Oscar Chuquillanqui Aragón

Oscar Raúl Chuquillanqui Aragón (Lima, 1989) is a lawyer specialising in labour law with over ten years’ experience in law firms, Big Four consultancies, and the consumer goods sector. He has authored legal articles published in leading journals and has been a speaker at domestic and international academic events on employment relations.

His professional practice is focused on counselling on labour matters, providing guidance in disciplinary and termination procedures, preparing labour reports that clarify complex regulatory frameworks, and reviewing factual scenarios to ensure the proper application of fixed-term contracts and the lawful recruitment of foreign workers
