He and other leading experts will speak on the panel “Medidas cautelares en el arbitraje en Contratación Pública. La caducidad de las medidas cautelares otorgadas en sede judicial antes de la constitución del Tribunal Arbitral” (“Precautionary Measures in Public Procurement Arbitration. The expiration of interim measures granted in court before the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal”), and will take place today, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
