Theoretical and practical perspectives after the eighth cassation plenary session”, to which our associate Lucero Celeste Ramírez Izaguirre contributed with the article “La Nulidad como salvamento en la disposición de bienes sociales por uno de los cónyuges sin intervención del otro” (“Nullity as salvage in the disposition of social assets by one of the spouses without intervention of the other party”).

The publication was edited by the Instituto Pacífico and includes a foreword by the well-known lawyer and university professor Fernando Vidal Ramírez.
