Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados developed, together with the institution IDEM and the UTP Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, organized the Seminar on Contract Law “Contracts: A Litigation Perspective”, which took place between June 9 and 11, and was lectured by several partners and associates of our law firm.
The Seminar approached the subject from a practical point of view, so that our lawyers had the opportunity to explain the legal actions or mechanisms presented over time in contract law, as well as the diversity of contracts and the legal or arbitration mechanisms used to defend one of the parties.
For us, this represents a great achievement as a law firm, because in addition to being a boutique Litigation, Arbitration and Insurance firm, it is part of our culture to have outstanding professionals who also have solvency in the academic field, which allows us to offer our expertise to the community.
We know that the seminar has benefited more than 400 students and professionals from nine universities and eight regions of the country and it has contributed to create opportunities for thousands of young people from the poorest areas of the country who are restless, ambitious and eager to better themselves.
We are very pleased to have participated in this event and we are ready for the next challenges that will come our way.
