The Ius Et Praxis Magazine of the University of Lima publishes in its issue No. 54, July 2022, the article on arbitration “Non-disclosure = annulment? : harmonization of the legal criteria to annul an award for failure to disclose by the arbitrator”, written by our partner Jaime Heredia Tamayo in conjunction with Paulo César Castañeda Montalván, paralegal of our law firm.
