Javier Llerena Pérez (Lima, 1994). Specialist in litigation and arbitration of all kinds and complexity. I represent several companies in regulated sectors in civil, administrative, constitutional and commercial disputes before the Judiciary. Likewise, I provide advice and representation in civil and commercial arbitrations.

Main assignments and consultancies
- I supported the sponsorship of an insurance company in a contentious administrative proceeding in which a precautionary measure was obtained, allowing it to continue contracting with the State.
- I sponsored a company in the telecommunications sector in public procurement arbitration proceedings in which favorable results were obtained that resulted in the company receiving compensation.
- I provided legal representation to a company whose land was intended to be expropriated by a state entity, obtaining that the expropriation was not executed because it had not been considered as a passive subject of the expropriation and had not received compensation.
- I represented a port administration company in constitutional processes of compliance with different administrative acts, obtaining that the claims were declared inadmissible.
- I represented a family in a negotiation of division and partition of an undivided succession.
