Elizabeth Rivera Guevara

Elizabeth Rivera Guevara, (Lima, 1986). She has a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, with knowledge and extensive experience in the area of Human Resources. During her 10 years of work experience and training, she has developed competencies in Recruitment, Selection, Training, Discharges, Contracts, Agreements, Payroll and Occupational Risk Prevention and Environmental Care SSOMA, managing at the operational level functions focused on the management and development of the area.

She is currently in charge of the Quality Management & Marketing area, developing its activities with full knowledge and use of ISO Standards associated with Quality Management, assuming a facilitating and crucial role in the company's efforts to create greater confidence and value to its internal and external customers.
